MailWizard for Gmail

  1. Click on the MailWizard "Compose with MailWizard" icon to activate your little Gmail helper ๐Ÿง™๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

  2. Enter your recipient's name and - if you'd like - their role, choose your recipient profile and share a few key details about the content of your email. Click โ–ถ๏ธ to continue.

  3. Choose the answer that best reflects your intent and add additional information if needed. Click "Next" or "Generate Email" if you're on your last question.

  4. See a ready-to-go email crafted for you. Want to fine-tune the result? Use our intuitive editor to make quick adjustments.

  1. Begin by typing a message or adding an email you have received.

  2. Choose your audience.

    Select the recipient profile that best matches your email's audience, ensuring the tone and style are perfectly tailored for each interaction.

  3. MailWizard will select your email action. Adjust the selection, if needed.

    After carefully analyzing your input, MailWizard can detect your intent to reply, optimize your draft, create a new email from scratch, follow up or forward a message you have received. In case our crystal ball ๐Ÿ”ฎ gets a little foggy and MailWizard ends up misinterpreting your intentions, feel free to take the reins and select your email action yourself!

  4. Submit your input

  5. Choose the best answer that reflects your intent

    MailWizard dives into analyzing your email, asking targeted questions based on your input to fully grasp your message. Simply choose the answer that best reflects your intentions.

  6. Click "Next" and answer the following questions.

  7. Click "Custom" if you'd like to provide additional information.

  8. Add what you'd like to say.

  9. Click "Submit"
